POLICIES
* All inn rooms and villas are double occupancy. The Red Rock Suites rates are for 4 guests. There is a $25 extra person charge for any extra guests including children and infants at time of booking.
* Weekends and some holidays require a minimum 2 night stay.
* Rates include a bountiful gourmet 3 course breakfast and assorted beverages
* Rates do not include 7.325% tax
* Check-In time is 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Early Check-Ins will be permitted after 12:00 if your room is ready. Late Check-Ins can be pre-arranged when needed.
* Check-Out time is 11 a.m. Due to our limited staff it is difficult to accomodate late check outs. You are however more than welcome to relax in our common areas including the pool area.
* No pets are allowed
* Smoking is only permitted in a designated area outside in the courtyard away from the main building.
*CANDLES & INCENSE BURNING: Due to our insurance regulations and for the safety of all guests as well as to prevent unique odors from building up in guestrooms, we regret that we cannot permit guests to burn flame candles or incense of any kind.
* Gift Certificates are available. They make the perfect Vacation Getaway gift.
* All gift certificates, gift cards and discounts must be redeemed at time of booking
* Only one discount or package is allowed per reservation
* No other discounts will be added to last minute rates
* VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted.
* Guests are responsible for any damages they incur.
* Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to your arrival date. If your booking is for more than 2 rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If the cancellation is made prior to the required time, the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25 per room cancellation fee. If in the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 15 (fifteen) / 30 (thirty) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. We will make every effort to re-sell the room. If we are able to re-sell the room, you will be credited for the rate we are able to resell the room for, less the $25 cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to re-sell the room, a non-transferable gift certificate for a future stay will be issued. There will be no credit issued for changes in group size or room size is made within 15 (fifteen) / 30 (thirty) days of your arrival.
* 50% of the total charges will be charged to your charge card on the day of your booking and the balance will be charged to your charge card 15, of if applicable, 30 days prior to your arrival. If it is a one night booking, 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of booking. If the booking is made within 15, or if applicable, 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking.
