POLICIES
General Information:
- * All rates are double occupancy.
- * Additional person, add $25. We are a family friendly destination!
- * Weekends, holidays and special travel times require a minimum 2 night stay.
- * Rates include a bountiful gourmet breakfast, complimentary beverages, and afternoon appetizers between 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
- * Rates do not include 6.325% tax.
- * Check-In time is 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Early Check-Ins will be permitted if room is ready. Late Check-Ins can be pre-arranged when needed.
- * Check-Out time is 11 a.m.
- * No pets are allowed
- * Smoking is permitted in a designated area outside in the courtyard.
- * Gift Certificates are available. They make the perfect Vacation Getaway gift.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- * VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted.
- * Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required time, the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, or if applicable, 30 days of arrival date you will be obligated for the room. We will make every effort to re-sell the room. If we are able to re-sell the room, you will be credited for the rate we are able to get for the room less the $25 cancellation fee.
- * Weekends, holidays and special travel times require a minimum 2 night stay.
- * 50% of the total charges will be charged to your charge card on the day of your booking and the balance will be charged to your charge card 15, of if applicable, 30 days prior to your arrival. If it is a one night booking, 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of booking. If the booking is made within 15, or if applicable, 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of the room charge will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking.
